ANBC, represented by its president Elias Sfeir, yesterday attended the Fitch on Banking 2023 Brazil event promoted by Fitch Ratings. Issues affecting the industry were discussed, such as the effects of digitalization on bank funding; interest rate and liquidity risks for banks; and differences in banking regulation in Brazil and developed markets.
