ANBC took part in a meeting promoted by M2G on the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The event covered the legal, operational and strategic aspects of the LGPD. It was an excellent opportunity to delve deeper into the topic which, from August 2020 (when the law comes into force), will permeate the entire business environment. Our vice-president Paulo Fernando A. Melo gave a talk on the relationship between the LGPD and the credit bureau sector and on initiatives for data processing and management, including the new Cadastro Positivo law. Also speaking and taking part in the debate were Ana Paula Bialer, from BFA - Bialer Falsetti Associados, Rony Vainzof, from Opice Blum, Bruno, Abrusio e Vainzof Advogados Associados, and Sérgio Rago, a consultant in Operations and Consumer Experience.
