Brazil has taken an important step towards financial inclusion! Yesterday, in Brasilia, the Parliamentary Front for the Democratization of Credit was launched, a cross-party initiative that aims to make credit more accessible and responsible for millions of Brazilians.
A ANBC - National Association of Credit Bureaus is proud to take part in this cause alongside industry leaders and representatives of the National Congress. Our president, Elias Sfeir, was at the event and stressed the importance of expanding credit with transparency and sustainability. Deputy Captain Alberto Neto, The president of the Front stressed that credit should be an instrument of opportunity, not exclusion.
This initiative has the support of key names such as Edison João Costa, Afabio Azambuja Negri, Soraya Chaves, Karoline Lima, Wesley Arantes, Eliane Tavares, Andre Luiz Lopes dos Santos, Juliana Arcuri Lourenço De Carli, Larissa Militão, Andre Luiz Pellizzaro, Thaddeus Silva, Luiz Lemos Leite e ANEPS who are working to strengthen the sector's commitment to a more inclusive financial environment.
