President of the Association, Elias Sfeir, will highlight the importance of public-private collaboration in protecting the financial ecosystem and tackling digital threats

Aware of the growing challenges in the digital environment, the National Association of Credit Bureaus (ANBC) will be present at Futurecom 2025 to actively debate digital security, data protection and the fight against fraud. The association is part of the panel “Public-Private Collaboration in Digital Security”, which takes place on October 2 at 4pm, as part of the Future Cyber congress.

The Association's president, Elias Sfeir, will be one of the panelists alongside relevant names such as Eva Pereira (Magazine Luiza), Victor Proscurchin (OpenGlobe), Jamilson Ramos Evangelista (Anatel) and Thomaz Corte Real (ABES). The panel will address models of international cooperation, regulatory mechanisms and strategies to guarantee the secure exchange of information between government and companies, as well as discussing the role of civil society in building a national cybersecurity strategy.

Elias will share the experience of a public-private partnership in the credit sector, which involved integrating credit bureaus, private institutions and public bodies to form a cohesive system of intelligent and secure information sharing. “Trust is the invisible foundation of the financial ecosystem. To preserve it, bureaus adopt multiple layers of security and use artificial intelligence to identify vulnerabilities and respond quickly to incidents,” says the executive.

This collaborative approach is already showing results and is moving towards improving the instruments already available. The sector is moving forward with efforts on two fronts: investment in predictive technologies, such as AI and biometrics; and massive consumer education campaigns, coordinated by ANBC.

ANBC's presence at Futurecom reinforces its role as an articulator of innovative and secure solutions for the credit market. “Digital security is an ongoing process that requires alignment between all the players in the chain. Our mission is to foster an efficient, inclusive and, above all, secure credit market,” concludes Elias.

Futurecom is recognized as a B2B platform that promotes integration between companies, startups and technology and telecommunications professionals. The Congress, which takes place from September 30 to October 2, will address trends in connectivity, artificial intelligence, digital security and the impacts of technological transformation on sectors such as industry, agribusiness, energy and health.
