CLARIFICATION ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE OPENING OF THE POSITIVE REGISTRY
If you have received notice of the opening of your Positive Register by e-mail, letter or SMS, ANBC would like to clarify that:
The Communication of Opening of its Positive Register was made in compliance with the obligation imposed by Law No. 12.414/2011, amended by Complementary Law No. 166/19, in force since July 9, 2019;
Unsubscribing is voluntary and can be done through the service channels of the credit bureau, which, upon receiving the request for exclusion, is obliged to respond to it and share it with the other bureaus, so that they can also respond to it, within 2 working days.
ANBC is the entity that represents the credit bureau sector and therefore does not operate the Cadastro Positivo, requests for exclusion should be made directly to the credit bureau of your choice, which will notify the others.
