Our president, Elias Sfeir, took part in the premiere of the ANFAC together with Dr. Maria Rita Rebello Pinho Dias, judge of the 3rd Court of Judicial Recoveries and Bankruptcies of the TJ/SP.
In this first episode, we discussed predatory litigation and its socio-economic consequences. The name-cleaning industry and its impact on making credit more difficult and more expensive, as well as boosting over-indebtedness, were highlighted.
They also discussed the rising cost of credit and the countermeasures adopted by the NPC and the judiciary, as well as delving into topics such as data security, transparency and good practices in the credit system.
