The ANBC 2.0 integration and planning workshop took place yesterday, where our internal team met to align strategies and strengthen collaboration between areas.
The event was facilitated by consultant Débora Demasi and we address important issues for the future of our organization.
The main objectives were to integrate the team and align ANBC's strategic course, with our president as captain Elias Sfeir.
We reinforce our mission to represent the credit bureau industry nationally and internationally. And we understand the importance of using technology to optimize our processes and increase productivity.
During the meeting, we carried out various integration, teamwork and planning activities.
The workshop was an important step for ANBC 2.0, preparing our crew to navigate towards global positioning, charting the most appropriate course and with a lot of unity.
