On July 24, 2025, the President of National Association of Credit Bureaus (ANBC), Elias Sfeir, participated as a speaker at the Central-West Commercial Development Symposium, promoted by ANFAC in Brasilia. The event brought together experts and industry leaders to debate the evolution of the receivables market and the changes in national credit.

During his talk, entitled “The Evolution of Credit in Brazil and the Positive Registry”, Sfeir addressed the impacts of new technologies, regulation and digitalization on the granting of credit. He highlighted how Positive data has helped to increase access to credit in a fairer and safer way, benefiting consumers and companies.

The symposium was attended by representatives of various entities in the commercial development sector, securitizers and fintechs, promoting a rich exchange of experiences and perspectives on the future of receivables in the country.
