The central theme of the 10th National Financial Education Week (SENEF) is financial resilience. ANBC is participating once again this year with five initiatives that are available on the SENEF website until May 21, the last day of the event.

Find out now about one of these initiatives, which is the e-book on the main doubts surrounding negativation, such as what it means; who can be negatived; what the role of credit bureaus is in negativation; among other subjects. Negativation is caused by default, i.e. non-payment of a financial obligation. To get out of this situation, the delinquent consumer must pay the debt in full or negotiate it by paying the first installment of the agreement.

SENEF is promoted by the Brazilian Financial Education Forum (FBEF), formed by Central Bank of BrazilCVM (Securities and Exchange Commission), National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon), Ministry of Education, among other members.
