Artificial Intelligence is increasingly present in the day-to-day life of the credit market. That's why the topic couldn't be left out of the 13th Fomento Comercial Regional Meeting, which aims to inform and update professionals in the sector on the most relevant issues at the moment. In the lecture \u201cThe future is a dispute: anticipate scenarios or be swallowed up by them\u201d, innovation strategist and service designer Bruno Cobbi will explain the importance of applying AI to work routines, considering the growing competitiveness of the market. In an interview with SINFAC-SP magazine, Cobbi says that, faced with the multiple activities that AI performs to meet the demands of the market, there are two alternatives. \u201cEither we hide under the table or we learn to talk to it,\u201d says the expert. There are already Artificial Intelligence tools designed for commercial development, from data analysis to the production of reports. And companies that serve the sector have sought to develop new solutions based on this technology, as shown in the cover story of issue 63 of the magazine. Read it here.<\/p>\n

Despite the revolution that AI is causing in many different segments, Cobbi warns that we need to find a balance when using the tool, since not all tasks should be delegated to it. \u201cWe need to think about how good it is to use AI in our daily lives so that we don't become a horde of zombies. These are issues that are emerging now. It's important, it's revolutionary, but it's not a silver bullet,\u201d he warns.<\/p>\n
