The lectures covered how to include the part of the population that is on the margins of the financial system - 25% of Brazilians don't have a bank account. Other challenges for financial institutions were also highlighted, such as how to bring access to credit, electronic means of payment and investments to those who still transact on paper. Our compliments to the speakers Henrique Bredda, Fernanda Camargo and Felipe Bottino.
