The initiative has already benefited 22.1 million Brazilians with access to credit, registering a national average penetration rate of 79% among the economically active population. This number is likely to increase as new sectors such as energy, sanitation and gas, with a potential of almost 140 million entrants, complete the submission of their customers' information to the Cadastro Positivo database.<\/p>\r\n

Also according to the data presented at the ceremony, 94% of large companies are on the Positive Register. The figures for medium-sized and small companies are 62% and 65% respectively. Among micro-enterprises, the rate is 42% and for MEIs, 13%.<\/p>\r\n
