A relev\u00e2ncia crescente do digital n\u00e3o \u00e9 novidade para os empres\u00e1rios. Os h\u00e1bitos dos consumidores foram alterados e continuam sendo modificados pela transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital. Quanto mais jovem o consumidor, mais natural para ele realizar compras e transa\u00e7\u00f5es eletr\u00f4nicas, principalmente por meio do smartphone. Essa nova realidade tecnol\u00f3gica que atinge o <a href=\"https:\/\/anbc.org.br\/en\/a-balance-sheet-of-the-credit-market-in-2\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2\">mercado tem levado as empresas<\/a> a uma revis\u00e3o de processos. O objetivo n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas agilizar a compra, mas tamb\u00e9m facilitar a cobran\u00e7a por meio de novas ferramentas digitais de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos devedores.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tive a oportunidade de mediar o debate sobre a import\u00e2ncia do meio digital na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito durante o Semin\u00e1rio Cr\u00e9dito Digital, realizado nesta semana em <a href=\"https:\/\/anbc.org.br\/en\/new-positive-registration-could-inject-r-353-billion-into-sao-paulos-economy\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1\">S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a>. No debate, representantes de grandes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es explicaram como cada uma dessas empresas est\u00e1 tratando esse importante assunto.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/celiolopes1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C\u00e9lio Lopes<\/a>, diretor de Servi\u00e7os Financeiros, Celulares e Canais de Atendimento das Lojas Marisa, lembrou que \u00e9 preciso entender qual o melhor canal para o cliente, e que, para essa transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 preciso trabalhar primeiro o mindset da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, envolvendo inclusive os setores jur\u00eddico e de recursos humanos. \u00c9 uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o que precisa vir de dentro para fora, porque tem <a href=\"https:\/\/anbc.org.br\/en\/cosama-is-the-first-sanitation-company-to-include-customers-in-the-positive-register\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3\">empresa que contrata a plataforma para acionar os clientes<\/a>, mas n\u00e3o deixa o funcion\u00e1rio entrar no WhatsApp.<\/p>\r\n<p>Another aspect of this transformation,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marlon-brando-da-silva-40307827\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marlon Brando Silva<\/a>, The executive manager of Internal and External Collections at Claro said that the key to success for this project is to create alternative channels to facilitate and expand communication with debtors. Essa mudan\u00e7a de abordagem (procurar ao inv\u00e9s de ser procurado) aumenta muito o cumprimento dos <a href=\"https:\/\/anbc.org.br\/en\/novos-formatos-de-credito-transformam-a-relacao-do-consumidor-com-o-pagamento-online\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4\">pagamentos e diminui sobremaneira a fric\u00e7\u00e3o com o consumidor<\/a>.
